Finalists from Sunday’s distance competition at UCSC will gather on the Santa Cruz Wharf for a distance exhibition, and throw from the pier to a basket on the main beach. Above is a historical photo (Joe Youngman is shown throwing) from a similar distance exhibition held at the Santa Cruz Wharf for the 1984 World Disc Championships. This event will draw a very large public turnout.
This event will be held in conjunction with the Putting Exhibition and Fly-Mart on the beach.
